SHIPPING

All orders will ship within 3 business days. Please note that there may be shipping delays due to COVID-19. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number before checking on the status of your shipment.

 

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, and a variety of other third-party payment providers. If you have any questions about a specific provider, please reach out to service@howbottle.com.

 

RETURNS

 We will accept returns of purchases withtin 60 days of purchase. You must ship your return within 60 days of the original delivery date. The returned items must not be used or damaged and must be in their original packaging. To start a return, please email service@howbottle.com. When shipping your return, make sure to include the original invoice. Final-sale, personalized items, and international shipments cannot be returned or exchanged.
